Site Build It offers one of the best customer support programs I've ever seen. Literally. They have three tiers of customer support.
First is the Product And Technical Support. This is for help with technical issues, like bugs, glitches, and stuff that's "just not working" with your site. You can contact them by phone or email.
Second is the Site Build It Consultant Program, which is in conjunction with Keen.com. You can get support for advanced technical issues such as how to create a complicated table in HTML. You can also get business consulting such as help with monetization ideas.
Third is the Site Build It Certified Webmaster Program. If you're running a small business and find that you don't have the time to dedicate to building your own site, then you can hire a certified SBI webmaster to do the job for you. All the webmasters are certified with SBI and really know their stuff. SBI doesn't make any money off these ventures, as all deals are made directly between the webmaster and the site owner.
