SBI makes search engine optimization a cinch. When you're done authoring a page, SBI has an automated analyzer that checks for basic code mistakes like missing HTML tags. It also checks to see if your page is optimal for the search engines. The analyzer helps take the guesswork out of optimizing your websites for the search engines. It's a pretty basic formula, but you'll be surprised how many times you make small mistakes, like forgetting to use a keyword in a title.
The analyzer (called Analyze It!) can get a little infuriating sometimes since it's so strict and doesn't allow for things like stop words in keywords and other things. However, once you know what you're doing you can fudge a little bit and not ALWAYS follow the analyzer. You can still build a page without passing the analyzer. (Though I wouldn't recommend this if you're just starting out.)
Even though I kind of have a love/hate relationship with Analyze It! I can build my pages knowing full well that they're optimized for the search engines. And trust me, using Analyze It! is so much easier than optimizing pages yourself from scratch. Best of all, once you get better at building the pages there's nothing like passing Analyze It! the first time. It's like hitting a home run! ;)
